The performance We Are the Memory 2022 took place on January 27th, the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, in the Saints Cyril and Methodius Cathedral in Prague (Czech Republic).

A group of eleven young actors commemorated the bravery of the people who helped the paratroopers and revived the stories of those who were fatally affected by the events after the assassination of the imperial protector Reynhard Heydrich.

This video is documented by Tereza Strakova, one of the participants from previous years, who this year decided to document the entire process of the performance on camera. The short documentary is based on interviews with actors and director Tamara Pomoriški.
In the second part of the documentary, eleven participants look back at meetings with four witnesses, whose stories became the inspiration for the dramatization of the events of the Heydrichade. (Heydrichade is the collective name for the period of harsh repression of Nazi occupiers during World War II in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and in connection with the person representing the Reich Protector – Reinhard Heydrich.)
