Amateo member NIPOS invites you to the international conference Active Ageing II. Culture as an Opportunity for Active Ageing in the Czech Republic, held on 5-6 October, 2022 in Prague. You are warmly welcome for watching the online stream in ENGLISH. Aside from many Czech speakers you will have the unique opportunity to see a range of international guests of the leading European organizations for creative ageing, cultural geragogy and senior cultural and art activities – Miriam Haller / Kubia, Gundula Iblher / Munich, Joke Quaghebeur / OPENDOEK, Anne Gallacher / Luminate and Virginia Tandy / CADA.

The livestream is free of charge to anybody who would like to join.

The goal of the conference is to present the issue of active aging from several perspectives and to emphasize the role of culture as an important factor in the process of active aging. The conference will present the entire spectrum of projects and approaches, both from the Czech Republic and inspiration from abroad. It will bring current methodological inspirations and an evaluation of the state of development of the situation since 2016, when NIPOS organized the 1st conference on this topic.
